Like other fans of the show, I tuned in for the second episode of VH1’s Couples Therapy featuring many couples who are seeking help for their tumultuous relationships. The show includes some big named celebrities and some short-lived reality stars.

The bubbly songstress, Mariah Carey, turns 42 years young today. She acknowledges this special day as the “anniversary” of her birth.
We’ve all had different reasons to be bitter about life and certainly we’ve encountered some bitter people in diverse places. I know I have. To be honest, we may even harbor some bitter feelings ourselves at this exact moment.

Every weekend my husband and I try to do something together without our big boy, Kinady Daniel. We spend every day of the week being parents and doing parental things that it’s good for us to take a break on some weekends for “we” time….even if it is only just a few hours.

A confrontational wife is like a constant dripping water faucet. It’s irritating and unbearable after a while. It even says so in Proverbs 19:13. Yes, the Bible does speak against nagging wives. Some of us don’t even think we are badgering our significant others when we speak to them—but we are. So how do we get them to hear what we have to say without being quarrelsome?
